Kathryn is a restaurant operations professional with extensive experience in both corporate and franchised environments. She has a strong track record of success acting in consultative roles to franchisees and restaurant managers for building strong business plans that maximize sales growth. Kathryn is also a skilled trainer, providing guidance and action plans that preserve core values while elevating operational quality standards. Kathryn most recently served as Senior Director of Café Operations at Saxbys Coffee where she combined the local, friendly atmosphere of a neighborhood coffee shop with the consistently delicious drinks and food of a national chain. She also served as Field Operations Manager and Franchise Business Consultant at Rita’s Italian Ice – the fast-growing chain of counter-serve Italian ices and frozen custards. Kathryn also served as Director of Training at Bucks County Coffee Company as well as Server and Store Trainer at Houlihan’s Restaurants – the American casual restaurant and bar chain. Kathryn is a graduate of Bucks County Community College and currently resides outside of Philadelphia with her family.
